The Camp Job Hiring Timeline
- Fill out an application - If you still have questions and are not sure, no worries! Connect with a director to talk to them now.
- Reference check - We require 3 non-relative character references from teachers/coach, friend, youth leader/pastor or past employers. We’ll send them a form to fill out about you.
- Interview - We will call you to schedule an interview in person or over FaceTime.
- 2 weeks after the interview we will call you to discuss opportunities that we see fit for Camp Skyline. (All junior counselor positions will be determined after January 5, 2023)
- After you’re hired, you will be able to join our groupme.
