Senior counselors should have a desire to work with girls in a christian manner. They must be a rising college Freshman or older and are responsible to the Camp Directors, Assistant Directors, and Head Counselors. A senior counselor is highly encouraged to work all summer (8 weeks) but required to work 2 sessions totaling 4 weeks and attend orientation at the beginning of the summer. She will teach or assist in instructing five activities a day. This means active participation and supervision in an activity that encourages the campers to have fun, learn and grow in God, relationship and self. A senior counselor will also assist the camp administration in any way possible to provide campers with a safe and enjoyable camping experience.
